2 DAYS GORILLA TREKKING UGANDA –BWINDI FOREST FROM AND BACK TO KIGALI

Day 1 – Visit the Kigali Genocide Memorial and Transfer from Kigali- Rwanda to Bwindi gorilla forest Park

On arrival at Kigali Airport or from your booked Hotel in Kigali, our safari guide will meet you, visit Kigali Genocide memorial and then transfer you to Bwindi forest national park. Dinner and overnight at Kiho Lodge/ Buhoma lodge/Bwindi lodge/Gorilla safari lodge/ Lake Mutanda Lodge/Mt. Gahinga Lodge (luxury), Traveler’s rest Kisoro/Bakiga Lodge/Rushaga Gorilla camp/Mucha lodge (Mid-range) Rushaga Gorilla Camp – budget rooms/ Ruhija Camp/Bwindi view /Buhoma the Community Banda’s (budget)  

 

Day 2 – Gorilla trekking and transfer to Kigali Rwanda

Have an early breakfast and get ready for briefing and trekking, which begins at 8:00 am and 9:00 am respectively with a briefing from the UWA staff. Ensure to carry along with you rain jacket, drinking water, snacks, jungle boots etc. The guides will lead you inside the jungle to see the shy Primates for a group you have been booked for. 

Do not forget to take your lunch boxes and all the necessary gear to track the rare Mountain Gorilla, perhaps one of the most exciting wildlife experiences on earth. Tracking may take between 2 to 6 hours but it is well worth the effort. After the trek, you will drive back to Kigali Rwanda and be dropped off at a place of client’s interest or Airport for your late departure.
